We’re excited to share Blundell Production Equipment have completed the installation of KURTZ ERSA’s High-end flagship-Versaflow Flex 4/55 for Edwards Vacuum. This follows a successful pre-acceptance at ERSA’s Customer Care Centre in Wertheim Germany, where the machine consistently delivered excellent, proven results.
Combining quality with speed using two independent axis systems in both the flux and soldering modules allowing both Synchronously and Asynchronously operation. This system is also equipped with advanced features such as fiducial recognition, laser warpage detection, and VersaCam technology-enabling precise wave detection monitoring with automatic nozzle size confirmation, not forgetting the intuitive Cad assistant software allowing the integration of ODB++ files to be used when programming with ease!
