X-Treme Series Curing cabinets

Conformal coating is a thin polymeric film applied to a printed circuit board (PCB) in order to protect the board and its components from the moisture, dust, chemicals, temperature extremes, and corrosion. The film is typically applied at 25-250μm and ‘conforms’ to the shape of the board and its components, covering and protecting solder joints, the leads of electronic components, exposed traces, and other metalized areas from corrosion, ultimately extending the working life of the PCBs.

The X-Tremes Series Conformal Coating Drying/Curing Cabinet is used to dry the coatings under suitable conditions after the conformal coating. Drying conditions can vary depends on the coating material. These Cabinets can perform your baking (drying/curing) process as settable temperatures up to 100°C can be achieved to meet the desired conditions. In addition to that, the humidifying unit can be provided by adjusting the humidity value in the cabinet for the conformal coating materials which can require a specific relative humidity for drying.

Thanks to our system that performs both dehumidification and baking at the same time, your coatings are dried in a fast, controlled, and homogeneous way.
The drying processes carried out within 24-48 hours under ambient conditions decrease to 1-2 hours in our cabinets, providing a controlled process by gaining time and cost-efficiency.

Conformal coatings dried under ambient conditions threaten human health due to their solvent-based structure. Thanks to the ventilation system, it eliminates this threat by directing harmful gases to the in-house ventilation system and gives importance to human health. Problems such as contamination and ESD that may occur in drying processes performed in ambient conditions are prevented. Coatings and their qualities can be inspected instantly with the UV Light option.
